Welcome to Forme Studio, nestled in the Norfolk countryside. With four state-of-the-art reformers, we offer a boutique Pilates experience suited to everyone — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our studio is a calm, welcoming space where you can reconnect with your body and enjoy a practice that feels more like mindful flow than an intense workout. Our aim is to make an inclusive space for everyone regardless of age, fitness level or physique as well as build a nurturing community.

Each session is grounded in the fundamentals of the Pilates method - breath, alignment, control, precision, and flow. Building on these principles, we incorporate a contemporary approach that integrates current movement science, functional strength training, and progressive sequencing. The result is a refined, full-body experience that honours classical technique.

As a mother of two boys, she understands the importance of balance, strength, and mental wellbeing, and is dedicated to helping each client discover their own personal Pilates journey.

What is reformer Pilates?

The reformer was designed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates as part of his rehabilitation and conditioning system. It was initially used to help injured soldiers and hospital patients rebuild strength and mobility.  Today, the reformer is used across a wide spectrum of settings - from rehabilitation and physiotherapy to boutique fitness studio and training facilities. It supports beginners through assisted movement and alignment feedback, while also offering advanced practitioners significant strength, coordination, and stability challenges. Modern programming often blends classical Pilates repertoire with contemporary movement science, making the reformer one of the most versatile tools for full-body conditioning, injury prevention, and functional performance.
